The location for Putrajaya was strategic, adjacent to shops, Kuala Lumpur, and restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good with so many food options, the best we had in Putrajaya. Good service, though a few employees were really slow.

The breakfast is incredibly nice, the staff keeps it stocked and clean. This property is in a strategic and favourable location, just off Putrajaya and De Centrum mall which is really handy for buying snacks. Besides, Masjid Uniten is 5 minutes' drive away.

very comfy bed, room was neat and compact, with a safe box, tv set and a writing desk. location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants and groceries nearby as well as putrajaya or bangi.

A double room was modern and brand-new with breakfast. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe available were an advantage. The hotel was in a FAVOURABLE location very close to a shopping complex and eateries as well as De Centrum mall which is really handy for buying snacks or food.

Our stay was fine, truly enjoyed good breakfasts.

The hotel was placed in the central location by Front Desk & Restaurant. The room was great value with a comfy bed and with king bed.

Came with my small kid, everything was very good. Appreciated climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television in the room. Private bathrooms, that included walk-in showers, were cleaned daily. The location was strategic, near restaurants and groceries, Kajang & Putrajaya, and De Centrum Mall.

The hotel was in an excellent location, near to supermarket. Dinner and breakfast food was yummy. The private parking was onsite, great service...

During my stay here, I was impressed by the ease of getting to and from the airport thanks to its location just off the main highway. The service provided by the staff was also noteworthy, with room cleaning and laundry services being prompt and efficient. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to small details, such as the provision of ironing facilities in my room. Additionally, the leisure centre, complete with its outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, was a great way to pass time in between getting my work done.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay accompanied by quality services.

The room is comfortable and clean, with good air conditioning. Room service provided requested items. Friendly front desk staff and spacious room. The location is convenient, not far from IOI Mall.

We loved the clean and modern room, with a comfortable and super cozy bed. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were at home. The hotel is conveniently located near a small mall, where we could buy snacks and food. We also enjoyed the superb WIFI, which was stable and fast, allowing us to attend a Zoom meeting with ease.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location along the Putrajaya Kajang highway made it very easy for me to travel to and from the airport. Secondly, the staff at the reception were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view to wake up to in the morning.

No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

The breakfast selection was great with local dishes like nasi lemak and roti canai, as well as juices and coffee from a machine. The hotel's location is convenient, with a shopping mall just across the street that has dining options and mini-marts. I appreciated the spacious and clean room, which also had all the usual amenities.

The check-in process was excessively slow, with long lines and staff not communicating effectively between counters. even when arriving early, our room wasn't yet available due to unpreparedness on the hotel's end.
