The staff were absolutely brilliant, like a chommie helping at the check-in. Really made me feel welcome after a long day! The brekkie was a solid spread, defs better than most places I've been! And the cozy vibes in the room were just perfect for chilling and having a good time.

my stay was amazing as it was close to stunning parks like Taman Tasik Cempaka and just short walks to popular attractions like Icescape Ice Rink at IOI City Mall, making it perfect for weekend strolls and landmark explorations.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I found cobwebs in the corners and a broken mirror in the bathroom that wasn’t fixed during my stay. The fridge was infested with small ants, rendering it unusable for food storage, and everyday items like soap and shower caps were not restocked, requiring a special request. During checkout, the housekeeping's delayed and persistent knocking felt intrusive, indicating a lack of coordination between departments.

The music and atmosphere during the buffet dinner were 🔥! Loved how the band took requests! But check-in was super slow and the breakfast needed more protein options. it was a mixed experience.
